Employees in Managerial Band will be working on Relationship Management of existing accounts. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that the Customer is served with whatever they need from Hasman. Their responsibility is to establish a multilevel relationship with Customer and expand the scope of Hasman's services to the Customer in multiple dimensions.
Managers DO NOT execute or manage the projects directly. They nurture the relationships with the Customer.
