Role of CSND Senior Manager
CSND Senior Managers are of two types; Delivery and Competency.
CSND Senior Manager (Delivery) will be nurturing Existing Account Relationships.
CSND Senior Manager (Competency) will be nurturing competencies.

A Senior Manager will have up to 4 Managers reporting to him. Hence a Senior Delivery Manager is expected to manage 16 Projects/ Accounts and a Competency Manager is expected to manage 16 Competencies.

Senior Delivery and Competency Managers can also be part of steering committees to serve the Customer requirements.

Eligibility Criteria to become a CSND Senior Manager

  1. Should complete the Senior Manager Eligibility - CSND Program with stipulated minimum value add points
  2. Should have 4 Managers Reporting to him
