  1. Consulting Band (Probationary Consultants, Associate Consultants, Consultants & Senior Consultants)
  2. Managerial Band (Manager, Senior Manager)
  3. Leadership Band (Director, Senior Director)
  4. Executive Band (Vice Presidents, CEO, Directors)
