Role of CSND Manager
CSND Managers are of two types; Delivery and Competency.
CSND Manager (Delivery) will be nurturing Existing Account Relationships.
CSND Manager (Competency) will be nurturing competencies.
A Manager will have up to 4 Senior Consultants reporting to him. Hence a Delivery Manager is expected to manage 4 Projects/ Accounts and a Competency Manager is expected to manage 4 Competencies.
Delivery and Competency Managers together form a steering committee to serve the Customer requirements.
Eligibility Criteria to become a CSND Manager

- Should complete the Manager Eligibility - CSND Program with stipulated minimum value add points
