When you are enrolled into this
course, you are in the pathway to become C-2 in the respective
competency. Once you complete this course you will be eligible to be
promoted as C-2.
Below is the eligibility criteria to complete this course.
- You should be a qualified mentor in your competency.
- You should be leading a Customer project.
- You should have mentored minimum 4 Probationary consultants to become qualified mentors.
- You should score a minimum of 144 VADD points during the year.
