Employees in Consulting Band will be directly working on the Projects. The project execution is handled completely by the employees in this band. This is the core group of employees who deliver to the Customer on the ground and are the key elements in the success of the organization. They are subject matter experts in their competencies.

Below are the positions that form the consulting band.

  1. Probationary Consultant (PC)
  2. Associate Consultant (AC1, AC2, AC3)
  3. Consultant (C1, C2, C3)
  4. Senior Consultant (SC1, SC2)

These positions are defined under each technical/ business competency such as Oracle EBS Technical, Financials, SCM, HCM etc.
