Employees in Leadership Band (Directors) will be working on Creating New Relationships in Business. Their primary responsibility is to meet people and interact in various forums and make new relationships. At the same time they also nurture the relationships that they have already established. They will also be working with managers to establish a multilevel relationship with Customer and expand the scope of Hasman's services to the Customer in multiple dimensions.

Also Directors identify the need for new competencies based on what Customers want. They generate demand for new competencies through their connects in market.

Leaders DO NOT execute or manage the projects directly. They nurture the relationships with the Customer.
